Kasco Marine is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative at our home office in Prescott, WI

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative you will be an integral part of the customer service team whose primary focus is data entry of customer orders. This will be a challenging position in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Data entry of customer orders.
• Maintaining customer account notes and contacts.
• Field Customer service calls and emails.
• Provide customers with shipping quotes.
• Inspect and process returns.
• Cross train to back up additional departments including sales, shipping, and repairs.
• Other general office duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and thorough execution of tasks.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team and with multiple interruptions throughout the day.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Works well under pressure; strong ability to multi-task and be a team player.
• Typing skills of 50+ words per minute.
• Must be available during core office hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with Kasco product lines.
• Experience working with an ERP system.
• 1-3 years office/data entry experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements

Requires occasional lifting of materials up to 40lbs. Required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
