Kasco Marine is seeking a full-time Repair Technician at our home office in Prescott, WI.

Job Description

The Kasco Marine repair center is located at our manufacturing facility in Prescott, WI and services all models of Kasco products that are sent in from the field in need of maintenance and repair. The Repair Technician position is a very hands-on role that requires sound troubleshooting skills and skilled use of hand tools and hand-held power tools. Candidates should have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, be self-directed and self-motivated, be able to follow written procedures, and be detail oriented. Ideal candidates will enjoy troubleshooting product failures (both electrical and mechanical), like getting their hands dirty, and take pride in quality workmanship. Good communication skills and basic computer skills a plus.

Repair Technicians work as independent contributors in a team environment and are encouraged to contribute to our continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity. Repair and production personnel are a valued team who help make Kasco the industry leader in quality and service.

Hours

Monday – Friday, 7AM – 3:30PM

Requirements

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Lifting may be required for some positions.

Prospective employees will be required to pass a drug test and background check prior to their start date.

No professional experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided. Mechanical aptitude and experience performing repairs (even as a hobby or at home) is desired.
