Steps to Send Unit to Kasco for Repair:

WAIT! Before returning your unit, please clean it thoroughly and remove any mounting apparatus including float, dock mount, or oscillator. An additional labor charge of $200 will be added for disassembly of any mount or float, and an additional cleaning fee will be applied for excessively dirty equipment.
