How do I choose the right AquatiClear unit size for my pond?
AquatiClear sizing depends on the area you want to influence and water conditions. Larger horsepower units move water farther, while depth and obstructions affect performance. Use sizing guides to select the right unit.
Can AquatiClear be used in winter to keep water moving?
No, AquatiClear units should be removed during winter as they're not designed to be a dedicated de-icer. De-icers are engineered to withstand harsh winter conditions. For consistent ice control, a Kasco De-Icer is recommended.
What does the DNR say about running AquatiClear units?
AquatiClear is designed to move surface debris, but directing flow downward could disturb bottom sediment. which could be considered dredging. Always check local regulations before installation.
What water quality problems does AquatiClear help solve?
