Fill out the form below to request a rebate for your recent purchase. Kasco will confirm the sale and issue a check for the rebate amount. This will be done the first week of the new quarter for any purchases made during the previous quarter.
To receive a rebate, the purchased product must be installed and the address must be provided below. Please fill out a new form for each installation site.
Rebates cover only a portion of the purchase price and depends on the model purchased.
