"I experienced a power outage for 2 days and when I went to check the house and dock, the entire area was frozen with about 6-8" of solid ice. The deicer was in a solid block of ice. After using a ceramic heater and drilling 1' holes around the deicer I was able to remove the large hunk of frozen deicer. I defrosted and it worked perfectly! I was amazed. Dropped it back in the hole and within 2 days had opened the area around my docks. I just wanted to thank you for making a quality product. They are not inexpensive, but I will never buy anything but Kasco."

"We are a small HOA with 23 homes on acre + lots, many of which border on an 8-acre pond. The pond receives significant organic matter with most homesites in the HOA draining into the pond and a large wooded nature conservancy parcel bordering 1/2 of the pond. Last year we experienced significant algae blooms almost every other week during the summer. We installed a Kasco deep water aeration system in February and have not seen a single significant algae bloom this season. The system works extremely well and Kasco has gone above and beyond to ensure satisfaction with their product."

“The Kasco aerators are a must to keep the fish alive in our sumps as we pull these large ponds down and concentrate the fish. We use a small Honda generator with an extra gas tank to keep it running all night long. It also concentrates the fish around it for an easier harvest first thing in the morning.”

I added the pond Bacteria and in about a week it began to clear and it is no longer cloudy. It is harmless to the fish. It has satisfied us 100%!
