Adding a fountain or surface aerator to your pond is an investment. It’s an investment in your pond and landscape, your fish and water quality, and in your overall property value. It’s also an investment in terms of money spent. So, why limit your return on that investment to just daytime hours?

There are many benefits, biologically speaking, to running your fountain or aerator throughout the night. Oxygen levels are often low during the nighttime hours as photosynthesis slows, limiting the amount of oxygen that it produced. Also, natural wind/wave action is typically less during the night.

Running your aeration equipment can help maintain healthy oxygen levels throughout the night, so why not light up your fountain or aerator to enjoy it aesthetically as well during the nighttime? We offer several styles of energy efficient lighting options for all our surface aerators and fountains. These include composite LED, RGB LED, stainless steel LED, and our newest addition of RGBW LED lighting kits.

Composite LED Lighting

Composite LED lights are a great selection for both small and large HP systems. They are 11-watt fixtures and are a bright white light that comes with several colored lenses. These lights easily mount to the floats and simply plug in to the C25 controller for 120V systems or wire into our C85/C95 or 3 phase control panels that are included with the fountains. They are available in 3-, 4-, or 6-fixture light sets.

RGB LED Lighting

RGB composite lights are easy to use, color changing lights and work great for both small and large HP sizes. These remote-controlled kits allow you to select the speed of color transitions, change brightness levels, and can even be set to change color with music. These are 5-watt fixtures and are available in 3-, 4-, or 6-fixture light sets.

Stainless Steel LED Lighting

Our stainless steel lights are a bright white light and come with colored lenses and are the perfect pairing for 2HP and larger fountains and aerators. Like the composite LED kits, they simply wire into the controller provided with the fountain. These are 19-watt fixtures and are available in 3-, 4-, or 6-fixture light sets.

RGBW LED Lighting

The newest addition to our lighting lineup is our 40-watt RGBW, stainless steel light kits. These light sets have pre-programmed “scenes” that transition and blend colors. In addition, they give you the ability to select colors and adjust the speed of transition from color to color. In order to get the best light coverage throughout the pattern, RGBW fixtures feature 8 diodes, 4 with a narrow beam angle and 4 with a wide beam angle. These systems are available with either a Wi-Fi controller or a push button controller and give you brightest lights with the most features and functions. RGBW lights are available in 2-, 3-, or 4-fixture light sets and are recommended for 2HP and larger fountains.
