HydraForce™ Lift Station Agitators

Kasco HydraForce Lift Station Agitators reduce clogs and prevent blockages by breaking up layers of F.O.G. (fat, oil, and grease). Using a mounted compressor, these systems release a continuous flow of air bubbles from a diffuser that’s suspended down into the wet well.  The flow of air bubbles creates a constant moving and mixing action that breaks up layers of F.O.G., keeps solids in suspension to prevent future blockages and buildup, reduces odor and corrosion, and saves on costly downtime and maintenance.

The diffuser assembly features stainless steel components and a membrane that will not clog. Diffusers can be suspended down into the lift station up to 50 ft.

Full systems include up to 1-2 diffuser assemblies, a 1/4HP compressor, compressor mount option, air tubing, stainless steel suspension chain, and intake filter.
