Kasco is dedicated to providing the highest quality products, but we also realize sometimes components wear out and need repair. To send your unit in for repair, follow the simple steps below.

Steps to Send Unit to Kasco for Repair:
Before returning your unit, please clean it thoroughly and remove any mounting apparatus including float, dock mount, or oscillator.
An additional labor charge of $200 will be added for disassembly of any mount or float, and an additional cleaning fee will be applied for excessively dirty equipment.
The pricing and notes listed below are only applicable to units sent to Kasco’s headquarters in Prescott, WI.

Notes:
- A 10% discount will be applied for customers who approve their repair estimate within 10 business days of Kasco’s cost-of-repair notification email.
- If no response is received within 60 days of the initial estimated cost-of-repair notification email, the equipment will be canceled and returned.
IMPORTANT: Due to OSHA and shipping regulations, Kasco does not accept units for repair that have been used in wastewater or other hazardous applications. Please inspect the unit before installation. If you have equipment that has been used in a hazardous application and believe you are experiencing a warranty failure, please reach out to Kasco at support@kascomarine.com.
